  • A native of Toronto, Canada, Jordan’s first foray in the culinary world was learning under his father at the age of 9. He would go on to train at such esteemed restaurants as The French Laundry, Spago, and Jean Georges.

  • A chef with multi-cultural influences, he combines Filipino cuisine with French techniques, and blends them with Spanish and Mexican vessels, which he serves in his NYC restaurant Flip Sigi.

  • Andino hosted two seasons of Late Nite Eats  on the Food Network, and has appeared on a judge for Chopped, Cooks vs. Cons, and Worst Cooks in America.
